Terms
Plain-language terms.
The short version: this site is information, our services run on written agreements, and we'll always be straight with you. The details are below.
Effective June 11, 2026
Who we are
ARiseMatic ("we," "us") helps small businesses put AI to work. You can reach us any time at [email protected]. By using this site, you're agreeing to these terms.
What this site is
Information. Browsing it, taking the questionnaire, or sending us a note doesn't make you a client and doesn't start any paid work. Our services — The Foundation, the AI Assessment, the ARise Partnership — each begin with a written agreement that spells out exactly what you get, what it costs, and what happens if either of us walks away.
Prices and promises on this site
What's published here is accurate when we post it, and we treat published commitments seriously. But the agreement you sign is what locks your price and terms in — until then, what's on the site can change as the business does.
Forms and hearing back from us
When you submit a form, you're asking us to contact you about your inquiry — by phone or email. We send text messages only if you checked the SMS consent box (or texted us first), and you can stop them any time by replying STOP. The details live in our Privacy Policy.
Our content
The text, graphics, and logo on this site belong to ARiseMatic. Read it, share it, point people at it — just don't republish or reuse it commercially without asking us first.
What we can't promise
The site is provided as-is. We work to keep everything on it accurate and honest, but general information about AI and business isn't advice for your specific situation — looking at your specific situation is literally what the assessment is for. We also can't promise the site will never go down or never contain an error.
Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits anything that can't legally be limited.
If part of this doesn't hold
If any piece of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still stands.
Changes
If these terms change, the new version goes up here with a new date.
